Weekend Relief Manager is responsible for managing the operations of A Storage
Inn including tenant related and facility related issues on Saturdays and
Sundays from 11am to 4pm.
Relief Weekend Manager will be responsible for the following (list is not all
inclusive; other duties may be required at the discretion of the Property
Rent storage space.
Rental payments and other record keeping
Record all pertinent information and brief the Property Manager and Assistant
Manager through the log notes.
Be responsible for the completion of the Daily Check List to include light housekeeping
and maintenance. Conduct lock checks and maintain cleanliness of units, lot,
Understand and be able to implement emergency procedures and have a continued awareness
of situations that may have emergency potential.
Maintain good relations with tenants:
a) Communicate policies and
procedures to current tenants and prospective tenants in a manner that promotes
caring, understanding, and
b) Demonstrate good listening
skills and interest in people
Understand and be able to follow PA Self-Storage Association guidelines
1) Responsible, dependable, and punctual
2) Work independently with good time management
3) Follow instructions
4) Excellent verbal and written communication
5) Detail oriented
6) Basic math skills and use a calculator
7) Basic computer and word processing skills
Proper attire and grooming habits
Able to lift 25 pounds
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pass criminal background check

in-person Monday through Friday from 9am to 5:30pm/Saturday and Sunday 11am to
